When I looked back on these photos from August 2024, there seemed to be something missing. I couldn’t put my finger on it. Wiveliscombe is an attractive ground, with rolling hills in the background and an interesting stand, which I guess is busier when rugby is played here.
It was a nice day too with decent light for the shots. Then I realised – it just needs a cricket match! It’s an almost picture perfect setting for English cricket, but it needs the players. So come on, do me a favour and send some original images via the contact page. Thanks awfully!
