I know I’m never likely to win sports photographer of the year. For one thing, I need to upgrade my camera at some point, although I can’t always blame the equipment. I think I have a good eye, and sometimes things fall into place.
I used to enjoy going to Trent Bridge in April as Stuart Broad was more likely to be playing. I’ll miss him moving forward, although Nottinghamshire have looked to add more depth to their pace attack with the likes of Josh Tongue, Dillon Pennington and Conor McKerr. Azhar Ali is the batter here so this would be Notts and Worcestershire. I believe it’s 2023, but I may be a year off.
