Circa 1920s. I purchased an album from an auction house a few years back. It belonged to a Mr S.M. Gow of Hampstead Cricket Club and it includes many photos of the team in the early part of the 1920s.
There are trips into Sussex plus home games – lots of great stuff to come. Mr Gow is in the front row here, second from left as you look at the photo. We’ll be seeing plenty more of him, and his team mates, and hopefully we might name a few more.
