This was one of those days when the club is clearly preparing for a game, and I’ll assume they don’t want some random stranger wandering in, taking photos. I’m not the type of person who will walk up to the groundstaff and strike up a conversation, but maybe I’ll need to change that if I want more extensive content on this site.
Anyway, it wasn’t a great day, weather-wise, but Chapel-en-le-Frith has an impressive two-storey pavilion and some great views of the Peak District to distract you when sent down to deep square leg.
